Biologist specialising in ecology and population dynamics of terrestrial mammals, especially carnivores, and monitoring of all terrestrial mammal species, including bats. Furthermore, responsible for IUCN red list assessments of mammals in Denmark, involved in assessment and management of conservation status of fauna in relation to the EEC Habitats Directive, ecotoxicological studies, coordination of NERIs tissue bank for carnivores and studies of health of native mustelids.
